Ltd. as its corporate agent since the year 2003 under the open architecture provided by IRDAI, Pioneer Assurance also joined hands with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd. in 2016. The services start with the offer of the required plan to timely logging and issuance and tracking of the policy documents - dispatch and delivery. For us the services do not end at the time the policy documents are delivered to the client but in fact mark the start of further customer centric services to him. Post policy services include services like guiding him on his current portfolio as well as helping him in choosing new plans as and when required. Helping the client with his ULIP portfolio and timely conveying him of the bonuses accrued in his traditional plans help a lot in confidence building as well as making him a satisfied and permanent client for us. Renewal persistency probably these days is as important as initial premium and Pioneer Assurance has always been highly focused on the same. To the extent possible and required for efficient conduct of its operations and to ensure customer satisfaction, the company engages in analytics of insurance grievances along with the insurance partner. This helps timely resolution of complaints and avoids recurrence of complaints.
